6. Payments and Fees

• Service Fees: You agree to pay all applicable fees for services rendered, including taxes and surcharges.
• Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely through third-party providers. FaastDispatch is not responsible for errors caused by payment processors.
• Refunds: All payments are final unless otherwise specified in our refund policy.
• Disputed Payments: If you dispute any charge, you must notify us within 30 days of the charge date.

7. Prohibited Conduct

• Cheating, hacking, or attempting to manipulate the system.
• Multiple account creation for fraudulent gains.
• Abuse, harassment, or threats toward other users, drivers, couriers, or staff.
• Providing false information or impersonating others.
• Unauthorized use of the FaastDispatch platform for illegal purposes.

Violation of these terms may result in account suspension or termination, with the forfeiture of any current and future earnings.

8. Changes to Terms

FaastDispatch may update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Insurance and Liability Coverage

• Users and drivers are responsible for maintaining personal insurance as applicable.
• FaastDispatch provides limited liability coverage where required by law.
• We are not liable for damage to goods during transportation unless explicitly stated in a separate agreement.

15. Force Majeure

FaastDispatch is not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, wars, pandemics, government actions, or internet failures.

16. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property related to FaastDispatch are owned by FaastHub or its licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

17. International Use

If you access FaastDispatch from outside your jurisdiction, you are responsible for compliance with local laws. FaastDispatch makes no representation that its services are appropriate in all jurisdictions.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
